1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service define the rules and conditions for the provision of services by Lawdigital.co, headquartered in Krakow, postcode 30-554, Zamknieta 10/1.5 Street, Poland, VAT ID: 6793270340, KRS 0001043921.

1.2. These Terms apply to all individuals using the services provided by Lawdigital.co.

1.3. By signing an agreement or using the Company’s services, the Client accepts these Terms of Service.

1.4. Lawdigital.co provides services in compliance with applicable Polish law.

2. Scope of Services

2.1. Lawdigital.co provides comprehensive legal and advisory services in the field of immigration, tailored to meet individual client needs. These services include, but are not limited to: • Assistance with immigration procedures, • Legal documentation support, • Obtaining necessary certifications, • Representation before authorities.

2.2. The detailed scope of services is specified in the offer available on the website and in individual agreements with Clients.

2.3. All services are provided based on information provided by the Client. Lawdigital.co is not liable for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete data submitted by the Client.

3. Conditions for Service Provision

3.1. The Client agrees to provide true and complete information necessary for the execution of services.

3.2. Lawdigital.co reserves the right to refuse service in cases where: • The Client provides incorrect or illegal data. • The Client fails to meet formal requirements specified by applicable law.

3.3. Services are rendered upon prior payment by the Client, as specified in Section 4.

4. Payments

4.1. The cost of services is specified in the offer or individual agreement with the Client.

4.2. Payments for services must be made via bank transfer to the account indicated by Lawdigital.co or through an online payment gateway.

4.3. Failure to make a payment within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of service provision.

4.4. All fees are non-refundable, subject to exceptions specified in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.

5. Right to Withdraw from the Agreement

5.1. The Client does not have the right to withdraw from the agreement in the following cases: • If the service has been fully performed with the Client’s express consent and after being informed of the loss of the right to withdraw. • For services tailored to the Client’s individual needs. • For the delivery of digital content not stored on a physical medium, if the performance began with the Client’s consent.

5.2. All services provided by Lawdigital.co are non-refundable. By accepting these Terms of Service, the Client acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be issued once the service has commenced or been completed, except as required by applicable law.

6. Liability

6.1. Lawdigital.co is not liable for decisions made by authorities that are beyond the Company’s control.

6.2. The Company strives to provide services at the highest level but does not guarantee a positive outcome in administrative proceedings.

6.3. Lawdigital.co is not responsible for delays caused by actions or omissions of public authorities.

7. Complaints

7.1. The Client has the right to file a complaint within 14 days from the date of service completion.

7.2. Complaints must be submitted in writing to the email address: contact@lawdigital.co

7.3. Lawdigital.co will review the complaint within 14 business days from the date of receipt.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. These Terms of Service are available on the Lawdigital.co website.

8.2. Lawdigital.co reserves the right to amend these Terms. Clients will be informed of any changes at least 14 days in advance.

8.3. Matters not regulated by these Terms of Service shall be governed by Polish law. ​
